Use only for a simple estate division where the shares apply to the same net estate being divided. The spouse's own share of matrimonial property and adjustments for earlier gifts, legacies, usufruct, debts and claims between heirs must already have been resolved outside this tool.

The calculator does not identify heirs, determine legal inheritance shares or resolve disputes. If these points are not yet confirmed, do not proceed with the calculation.
