How much cash do you need to buy a home?

Start with the price, taxable property value and planned deposit. The tool uses this site’s ordinary 2026 IMT and Stamp Duty calculation. Enter other charges yourself.

Ask the bank for a written offer covering all loan costs. Include applicable deed, registration, valuation, initial insurance and immediate renovation costs. Keep a reserve outside the purchase budget.

If a youth tax benefit, multiple buyers, nonresident status or another special case applies, this tool cannot calculate it. Confirm taxes with the Tax Authority before signing a preliminary contract.
